A very interesting week in terms of mobilised fanbases – a MASSIVE uptick in people tossing all their votes at a single contestant, most notably La Voix who had more votes than most of the other contestants combined. But The SteFans weren’t too far behind. While this likely means both La Voix and Stefan *could* manage to avoid the Dance Off, it clearly comes at the expense of those middle players. In previous polls, the people that gave La Voix a minimum of 3 votes, had a 70% tendency to toss Vicky at least one of their remaining two votes, and you can see that without that she dropped to a dangerous likelihood of dancing again.
There’s also been a strong tendency that anyone in the early-middle portion of the show (5th to 7th in the running order) landing in the Bottom 2. But this week, that was loaded up with heavy hitters in George, Lewis and Jimmy. I think we can guarantee Chris is dancing again – he had his sympathy reprieve last week and wasn’t signalled to vote for with a particularly harsh critique. But nor was Stefan, and it’ll be interesting to see if the week off last week kills some of the voting momentum.

I hope Balvinder gets a Bottom 2 Bounce but I’m doubtful given how singular people were with votes this week. I just hope they call La Voix as safe because it might be the Safety Sex Face to end all Safety Sex Faces.
Overall, I’m banking on a Chris vs Balvinder Dance Off with Chris going home. I’m hoping it’s Stefan vs Chris. Either way, Chris is a goner.
